Mona H. Pittman
August 28, 1952 – May 10, 2023

A lifetime resident of Kentwood, LA passed away Wednesday May 10, 2023 at home surrounded by family. She was born on August 28, 1952 in Magnolia, MS. Mona retired from the Louisiana Highway Department as a Lab Technician. Mona enjoyed shopping for bargains and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband William Pittman, one sister Gayle Hughes, son, Steven Pittman and wife Amber, two grand daughters Melanie and Audrey Pittman. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Dorothy Hughes. Visitation and services at New Zion Baptist Church, Kentwood, from 9:00AM until religious services at 11:00AM on Saturday, May 13th, 2023. Services conducted by Bro. Donnie Easley. Interment New Zion Cemetery, Kentwood, LA. Pallbearers will be Mackie McMillian, Lance Bates, Johnathan Welch, Randy Watson, Colton Frazier and PJ Pittman.
