“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.

Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.

Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand.

His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.”

~Philippians 4:6-7 (NLT)~

Please continue to pray for the Dykes family as they face the death of Ruthie. Say special prayers for Faye as she battles covid.

You can use a special envelope which is available in the church sanctuary or mark “Georgia Barnette” on you check/envelope. You can give at the church office Monday – Friday.

Operation Christmas Child

We are working to pay for shipping our 400 boxes. That’s $9.00 per box which is a real deal because they ship in bulk. It also pays for some literature that tells about Jesus. If you think $9.00 per box is a big price, just ask me what I have paid to mail shoebox-size packages internationally to my daughter and her family. You can turn your gifts in during the Sunday morning service or at the church office Monday – Friday.

We will begin packing shoeboxes soon. We will pack one group at a time at our packing parties.

Today’s prayer focus – Today, let’s say special prayers for police officers. We all know their job is big, unending, stressful, heartbreaking, etc.

I have met several people in the past couple months who told me they read and appreciate The Prayer Link. I tell you this to remind you that you never know who is watching us and imitating us. Let’s pray we all set a good example.
