The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
~2 Peter 3:9~
Church services are available in person or online for those who cannot attend in person. Church services start at 9:15 this morning with Sunday School. Morning worship is at 10:30 and is available in person and online. Evening worship, youth service, and children’s practice for the Christmas program all begin at 6:00. The evening worship service is online. You are invited to attend if you are not involved in services at another church.
Be sure to be in contact with those who are homebound. You have no idea how they feel without the contact of neighbors and friends unless you have been there yourself. Pick up the phone and ask if they are up to a visit. You can even ask if they would like to visit outdoors. Take them something special. Many would appreciated some church literature and an update on church happenings and friends. Many of them do not have access to local online services and miss their church greatly.

Today’s Prayer Focus – Today, let’s pray for the homebound and their needs as their health fails them. Pray they can have continued connections to family and church friends and not be limited to medical people only. Pray they can face their last days with the love of Jesus and others in their hearts.
