Today’s Prayer Focus – Summer TravelerS
This is the time of year when families travel for their summer vacations, to visit relatives, to view the wonders of nature God provided, to learn more about our history in museums, etc. Let’s pray for safe travels and wonderful memories. One year on Father’s Day, my mother asked my two sisters and me to tell of something special we remembered and were thankful for concerning Daddy. As we each took our turn, it soon became clear that the family vacations all across the country were our greatest memories. We traveled on a very tight budget, but had awesome adventures. Today, plan some adventures for your family. They will become great memories for family members to treasure. Pray for others as they provide special activities for their families this summer. It’s not about the money, but about the togetherness.
