Saturday

If

my people, who are called by my name,

will humble themselves pray

and seek my face

and turn from their wicked ways,

then

I will hear from heaven,

and I will forgive their sin

and will heal their land.

I’ll be looking for lots of ladies, ages 3-103, tonight at 6:15.  Tonight, Sue Connelly has a craft for us to make.  Sue also decorated the room for us.  It is beautiful!  I’m praying for a full room tonight.  That would be a real blessing to us and to you!

Thanks for reading and praying today.

Yesterday was a difficult weather day.  Thankfully, we in this area did not have any significant problems, but hundreds of people in areas close to our area did.  Please pray for them and then work to help they in they way God wants you to help – prayer, finances, clean-up, rebuilding, yard work, food, etc.  Ask.  God will lead you.

I’m thankful to hear that several local churches have new staff members this week.  May God richly bless both the staff members and the churches.

Continue to pray for Mrs. Catherine Yarborough and her family.  She is in Hood Memorial.

Today, as many people begin a new work week, let’s pray for them as they face their usual challenges and as new ones arise.  May each Christian allow God to shine through them each day.

For those who do not work, may the week present opportunities to share their faith.  May there be boldness in each opportunity.
