“This is what the LORD Almighty said:

‘Administer true justice;

show mercy and compassion to one another.

Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the foreigner or the poor.

Do not plot evil against each oTher.”

~Zechariah 7:9-10~

This Scripture helps me work through a social issue I witnessed twice in the last week. I’m still thinking it through and seeking a solution for these people. It’s totally out of my past experiences, but touches my heart. Pray for our country and those who are trying to change us from the great country we have been.

Today’s Prayer Focus

Pray for those who serve our country by protecting us and making life safer for us. Pray for their safety on a daily basis. Pray for their families too. The job seems to be extra dangerous now. I don’t understand hurting those who are helping us. We can pray for this situation.
