“The LORD does not look at the things people look at.

People look at the outward appearance,

but the LORD looks at the heart.”

~1 Samuel 16:7 (NIV)~

My sister, Nancy Schneeweiss Moran is on her death bed, her two sons are with her. Family has been with her this evening, she may be seeing Jesus sooner rather than later. Comfort care only. His will be done!

Please pray for Keith Womack.

Urgent prayers for Dad please. His exp lap was successful yesterday, but as of this morning, he is unable to respond appropriately to commands and questions. Unable to swallow. He can nod to hearing his first name, but nothing else. CT scan came back normal, so we are not sure what the next step is. A picc is being placed for nutrients at this point. Please continue praying. This is not the outcome any of us expected. Leslie Shaw

Jeana Lee-Newton is having problems with breathing. She will have additional testing done today. Pray for answers and proper treatment.

Don’t forget about the Operation Christmas Child Workshop Saturday morning at FBC, Kentwood from 9-12. Bring a snack, a friend, and “Willing Hands”. We will have a number of tables set up as work stations. If you sew, please bring your machine. If you come from another church, you can help us or bring your own project to work on. We will continue to transform men’s shirts into girls’ dresses as one of our projects. There will be lots of non-sewing projects too.

Saturday, the Spring Fling event will benefit the feeding ministry for local children. The time is 4-7 P.M.

Today’s Prayer of Thankfulness – Thank God for all the local churches in our area. We are blessed!
