Darrell Wall thanks all of you who prayed for him as he was tested for the lung transplant. He asks that you continue to pray for him as he continues the process.

Please add Mrs. Thelma Pierce to your prayer list. She has some very serious vision issues the doctor cannot correct. “Miss” Thelma is the lady who showed us how to convert men’s shirts into dresses and will do so with another group tomorrow. She has a heart for using her talents for missions. Pray she will be able to see well enough to continue to serve God.

With all the helping hands yesterday, we were able to make good progress on converting men’s shirts into dresses. I’ll give you a number after the “sewing meeting” tomorrow. If you would like to come early, “Miss” Thelma and I will be ready at 9:00 tomorrow. Bring an armload of shirts to add to the process. I have to tell you we had two men who helped before, during, and after the meeting yesterday – Luther Terrell and David Alford. We could not have done this without them! We appreciated the ladies from other churches who came to learn for their future projects. They were a wonderful addition yesterday and have new skills for future sewing projects.
