I have no greater joy

than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.

Volunteers – Yesterday, I asked for two volunteers to sharpen pencils. Mrs. Bessie Hayden was to have done this, but her health prevented that. My two volunteers, James Rimes and David Alford, have already sharpened hundreds of pencils. Pencils will be sent overseas to needy children in our “shoeboxes”. Thank-you, James and David. They certainly were our “Willing Hands”!

Today’s Prayer Request: “Shirts to Dresses” events Saturday and Monday at FBC, Kentwood. Thank God for all those who plan to attend. Pray for many dresses for the “shoeboxes” and new items to create this year.

Thank God for bringing us safely through the storm last night. Pray for those who were not so blessed.
