Third Thursday at the Cabin
Yesterday and last night, several people called to say they planned to come, but due to the weather, decided to stay at home. Others came, despite the weather. All day yesterday, I told David that God would send those He wanted to be here last night. He did just that!
We had a wonderful group and two dedicated musicians, as well as a well-balanced meal and a thought-provoking devotional. God blesses even when you might have your own doubts.
I’m thankful that despite the weather in our area last night, it seems there was no major damage or loss of life. I feel sure many people prayed a little extra last night because of the weather. That’s not all bad! It shows that people know how powerless they are and how powerful He is!
