Missions – Christmas Card Project
The WMU ladies of our association, Two Rivers, invite you to participate in a Christmas Project, Christmas cards for the parish inmates to send to their loved ones. It’s easy.
- Purchase Christmas. cards, possible even religious ones.
- Place each card in an envelope.
- Apply a stamp, hopefully a Christmas one, to each envelope.
- Drop off at First Baptist Church, Kentwood or Greensburg or to me for Tangipahoa Parish and Judy Noonan for St. Helena Parish.
- Stamped cards will be delivered to the Tangipahoa and St. Helena Parish Jails for distribution.
- Imagine the thrill in homes that receive a card from a loved one this Christmas!
- Thank you for your help with this ministry.
An Invitation from Two Rivers WMU
All ladies are invited to our Christmas meeting which focus on the Lottie Moon Offering for International Missions. The time of the meeting is 10 A.M. and will be at Spring Creek Baptist Church. I’m sure hearing about Lottie Moon and International Missions will be informative.
Have a wonderful Lord’s Day!
