Lots of rain often leads to floods. Areas to the north of us are experiencing flooding now. Pray for them and all the other areas that will possibly flood.
Pray for Diane Turner as she prepares for foot surgery on September 9th.
Taylor Buckley is still improving. Let’s continue to pray for him and his family.
Mr. “Cete” and “Miss” Ruby celebrated 75 years of marriage. How marvelous! Thank God for allowing them to have each one of those 75 years.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
We appreciate the donations of coloring books, play dough, crayons, and jump ropes we received yesterday. We are also thankful for the donations of the boxes that copy paper comes in. The boxes will be used in reorganizing after this years boxes are packed.
We will have a workday Saturday to pack the second group of boxes. We will pack 150 shoeboxes this time! Our third, and last, packing day this year will be the first Saturday of October. Thank you to all the volunteers who have helped this year.
CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
Yesterday, I got to see the outer room of the previous office and the flooring in the second floor. I’m so thankful for the church members who stepped up and did such a great job of making the area usable for the children’s needs. It will soon be completed and ready for use. Workers, you are GREATLY APPRECIATED!
