Who is a God like you, who pardons sin and forgives the transgression of the remnant of his inheritance? You do not stay angry forever but delight to show mercy.

You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.

~Micah 7:18-19~

FBC, Kentwood had another awesome service yesterday. If you were not there, you can watch it online on Facebook. (FBC, Kentwood, LA and yesterday’s date)

Thank-you to Alcyon Hayden for a donation. I will spend it on something we need once we do some counting at church. We are packing 400 boxes, so we will need that many of various hygiene items, our current focus.

Chinero Fowler did an excellent job telling you about Moving Mountain Ministry which is housed in our church. This ministry provides items for foster children at the time they are placed in a home. You are invited to purchase pajamas, for boys and girls of any age that will be given to these children as needed. You can leave your purchases in the church office or give them to Chinero or me. Thank you for helping little children at a very difficult time in their lives! I know you are thankful for the opportunity to help these children.

Let’s get out of our little world and do for others as God leads us. I am reminded of a friend who retired from teaching a few years ago. She said she prayed each morning for God to guide her in choosing what He wanted her to do for others thatday. He never failed to give her a name and a need.
