Barbara Mae Dufrene Stanley, a resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021 at her home. She was born June 6, 1941 in Paradis, LA and was 80 years of age. She is survived by her daughter, Terri Lynn Stanley and husband Will Stanley; 2 sons, Kevin Wayne Stanley and Ritchie Edwin Stanley and wife Krystal Marie Graham; sister, Eunice Borland; brothers, Bobby Dufrene amd Elmond “Nunu” Dufrene; grandchildren, David Stanley, Summer Brey, Joseph Stanley, Laney Lacardo, Ellen Samuel, Sara Stanley and Kaylon Stanley; and 13 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, Elmond and Velma Dufrene; husband, George Edwin Stanley; daughter, Connie Jean Stanley; daughter-in-law, Erin Stanley; granddaughter, Traci Stanley. Visitation at Little River Pentecostal Church from 6:00PM until 9:00PM on Tuesday, and from 9:30AM until religious services at 10:30AM on Wednesday, August 11, 2021.
