Aaron Brown “Buddy” Morris, III

February 07, 1942 – June 16, 2021

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and grand-father. Aaron Brown “ Buddy” Morris, III a native of Magnolia, MS and a resident of Fluker, LA passed away peacefully on June 16, 2021 at the age of 79. He bravely fought a 3 year battle with cancer and beat many odds against this disease. He was a pharmacist and successful businessman in the Kentwood community. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Eleanor Holden Morris; his daughter Ellen Morris VandeVuss and husband Jason; 4 grandchildren, Peyton, Parker, Adeline and Ainsley Grace VandeVuss; two sisters, Elizabeth Morris Matteson and Mary Morris Porter; 3 sisters-in-law; 2 brothers-in-law; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Aaron Brown “AB” and Elizabeth McGlohn “Bess” Morris. Visitation at First Baptist Church of  Kentwood from 5:00PM until 9:00PM on Monday and from 9:00AM until religious services at 11:00AM on Tuesday, June 22, 2021. Services conducted by Rev.
