Mike Gregory Hornsby, a resident of Hammond, LA, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2021 at Ocean’s Behavioral Hospital in Hammond, LA. He was born January 4, 1954 in and was 67 years of age. He is survived by his 3 children, Jennifer Gill, Garrett Hornsby and Dustin Hornsby; sister, Gloria Dykes; numerous nephews and nieces. Preceded in death by his parents, John D. Hornsby, Sr. and Vera M. Hornsby; brother, John D. Hornsby, Jr. Visitation at Montpelier Baptist Church from 2:00PM until Memorial Services at 3:00PM on Saturday, June 26, 2021.
