God has raised this Jesus to life, and we are all witnesses of it. 33 Exalted to the right hand of God, he has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear.
~Acts 2:32-33~
Please continue to pray for Fran and Willie Hebert of Toledo Bend as they continue to recover from an accident.
Kevin Widas is stable now. Pray for him as he goes through the long recovery process.
Yesterday, while driving in Roseland, we saw someone we haven’t seen in many years. He is recovering from a recent, three weeks ago, case of Covid. It’s not over yet!
Message from Firma Kay Schneeweiss:
Please put Don Schneeweiss’ sister, Nancy Moran in New Jersey, on the prayer list. She has been in dialysis for many years and now has a collapsed lung. Her doctor says her lab values are declining. Prayers are appreciated. Thank you.

Operation Christmas Child “Shoebox” Ministry
Yesterday, David and I found some items hanging on my door, in the church office, and in the collection bin in the fellowship hall.
*Highlighters and pens from Rebecca class
*Glue sticks
*Coloring books
*Scissors
Thank-you to all who donated so “shoeboxes” can be packed.
I also received a message from Wanda Smith about a donation from one of the men’s classes. Wanda orders online for some classes and has the items sent directly to the church. We are looking forward to receiving glue sticks and AAA batteries for flashlights soon.
Thanks to all who contribute!
“Willing Hands” will be working on “shoebox” items on Saturday, April 24th beginning at 9 A.M. All those with “willing hands’, male and female, adult, youth, and older children are invited to participate.
Today’s thankfulness: God’s protection on our area during the storm that came through just before noon yesterday.
Pray Focus for Today: Today, let’s pray for children around the world who will be receiving “shoeboxes” that were packed and sent out from our churches in 2020.
Thank-you for reading and praying today.
