Paul Edward Stinson

June 08, 1947 – April 25, 2020

Paul Edward Stinson passed away on Saturday, March 25, 2020 in Covington, LA at the age of 72. He was born Sunday, June 8, 1947 in McComb, MS. to the late Earl and Adelaide Stinson. Through out his life he called many places his home. He is survived by his daughters Pauline Hitchcock and Donna (Keith)Schilling Manning; sons Terry, Jerry(Gloria), Derrick and Ryan Stinson. step-sons Emilio(Kristen) Aldana, Timothy and Kenneth Evrett; grandchildren Kelly(Jade) Dunlavey, Karissa(Scott) Simpson, Amber Hitchcock, Blake, Blaine and Kelsey Schilling, Joseph(Amanda) Jones, Briana Stinson, Kayla Stinson, T.J. Stinson, Derrick Stinson, Jr. , James Stinson, Kendra, Ashley and Charles Evrett; great-grandchildren Schyler, Landon, Connor, Courtney, MaKayla, Lathem, Kairi, Jeffery, Alayah, Emilio, Jr., Grayson, hunter, Caiden, Ryleigh, Tnyleigh, Zayden, Emmaleigh, Paisleigh, Everleigh, Addie, Bradyon, Ryder, Lane and Patrick; two sisters Lois(Roger) Pittman and Linda Burt; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Adelaide Stinson; son Paul Stinson, Jr., sister Peggy Stinson; and brother Earl Stinson; brother-in-law Raymond Burt, sr. and nephew Raymond Burt, Jr. Family and friends are invited to celebration of life at a later date. I understand the weather was bad south of us in the Hammond area late yesterday afternoon.  Pray for them as they go through clean up and recovery like many of our Mississippi friends have been doing for the past few weeks.  Thankfully, I have not heard of any fatalities north or south of us.  More storms are expected in the next few hours.  Be safe, my friends.
