“We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him.”

~Romans 8:28 NIV~

Read and Write the Bible Today – I Peter 4:7-11

I know many people are facing difficult times now.  I want so include some special Scripture that I hope will give comfort and encouragement.  Claim and cling to any and all that speak to you heart.

  •  Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.  Romans 12:12

  •  I can do all this through him who gives me strength. Philippians 4:13

  • May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.  Romans 15:13

  • The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.” Deuteronomy 13:8

  •  Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”   Joshua 1:9

  • Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;

    in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.   Proverbs 3: 5-6

  • You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.  Isaiah 26:3

  • Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”  Deuteronomy 31:6

  •  But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.  That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.  2 Corinthians 12:9-10

  • Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 Corinthians 4: 16-18

  • Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.  He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.  Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;  but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. Isaiah 40:28-31

Let’s continue to pray for and minister to those around us who can use some of God’s Word as encouragement.
