Friends, please be praying for the family of Dr. Dave Edwards. Bro. Dave went to be with The Lord yesterday after walking from the SBC Convention back to his hotel. Bro. Dave was a professor at Tennessee Temple University. As you can imagine his wife Karen and family as well as coworkers are in shock and need our prayers. This morning I’m reminded again of the brevity of life and our need to have a sense of urgency in reaching the lost. -Bro. Stan (Statham)
Millie Edwards the young daughter of one of my former students, Sonja, is on hospice care and slowly showing signs that she is not getting better. Pray for this family, especially for Sonja. She is a strong person and a very protective mother.
