Time Change Tonight
Set your clocks ahead one hour before you go to bed.
Yesterday afternoon I received two white doves that had belonged to “Miss” Ruby. Today, it looks like two white doves showed up on my computer. A special picture and a special verse!
Prayer Focus
Today, let’s focus on the many people who have lost loved ones in the last few months. We have lost a number of friends during this time. I’m sure some of you have too. Let’s pray for these friends and family members today.

Annie Armstrong Offering for Missions in North America Week of Prayer – June 2-8, 2025
Today is Day 6 – Osvaldo & Vanessa Lerma: On the Border
The tote, in the hallway in the basement, is so you can easily send items you have purchased to OCC without having to set up a time to meet us. We are very appreciative for your gifts for “Shoeboxes”!
David and I had two good “OCC shopping days” this week. Thanks to the Seekers S.S. class for their donation.
Have a great Friday.
Do something special to set this day apart from other days this week. Thanks for thinking of The Prayer Link each day.
Recently, people have dropped off items such as small cars, caps, and pencils. Also, someone sent me a check. With the check we were able to purchase calculators, pencil bags, pens, ets. Thanks!
There is a short list of our current needs on the northeast door of the basement of the sanctuary building. That is also the door to the “Green tote” where you can drop off items on Sundays and Wednesdays.
I also want to thank the classes who donate or make purchases according to our list of needs. You are greatly appreciated.
Thanks to all of you who help us pack shoeboxes in any way.
I appreciate all of you who read and pray daily. Thanks!
Today, let’s focus our prayers on adults who do not attend church. Pray for them to learn to and feel the need to be in church. Be an encourager and example to them.

Two Rivers WMU
We had a great meeting yesterday as we heard from a former school teacher, Lindy Gill, who has been on eight mission trips. She shared her desire to tell others about Jesus in any way she can, from teaching Sunday school at Montpelier Baptist to going on mission trips with them to Central America.
Annie Armstrong Offering for North America
The week of prayer begins today with the theme of “Step into the Story” based on III John 1:7-8.
The Easy English version is:
7 They are travelling to different places to tell people about Jesus Christ. They do not accept any gifts from those people who are not Christians.
8 Because of that, we Christians must help them with the things that they need.
That version of Scripture makes it perfectly clear that we are to support missionaries so they can “Tell the Good News”.
We can be missionaries or support those who are missionaries. Get ready. It’s our turn to step in with our gifts so others will hear the “Good News”.
Pray for various missions we celebrate in our churches and those who serve in these programs. It’s time we begin our yearly focus on mission work in North America, Annie Armstrong Easter Offering. As we celebrate this offering, let’s focus on those who serve as missionaries in North America . The WMU meeting today will focus on the Annie Armstrong Offering, those who currently serve as missionaries in North America, and the great need for salvation in North America.
The 2025 theme is “Step Into the Story.”
The scripture verse is 3 John 1:7-8, “For they have gone out for the sake of the name… Therefore, we ought to support people like these, that we may be fellow workers for the truth.”
The national goal is $78 million.
