Operation Christmas Child (OCC)
I received a box of shoebox items purchased by the Rebekah Sunday School class. Thank-you, ladies.
Yesterday, David and I filled 50 3″X12″ bags with school supplies and other “goodies” for the 10-14 year old girls. This will be sent as “filler” to help when the folks at Dallas run across a box that need more school supplies. This was one of the projects we had planned for a workday.
One of our goals this year was to send 50 filler bags with school supplies for all six groups. Those 300 bags are now ready to ship. Thank-you to those of you who contributed glue, pens, pencils, erasers, etc. to fill those 300 bags.
Today, let’s pray for the doctors, nurses, and other staff in hospitals and doctor offices. They are giving their all to help the rest of us.
We had some medical appointments changed from in-person to virtual Tuesday and had the first online visit yesterday morning. It was different, but helpful in preventing the spread of Covid.
Let’s pray for medical personnel and their families today.
Oxygen level at 70% ( The goal is sustaining 50%.)
Kidneys and heart doing wll
Sedated for rest and healing
Good day and night (report from nurses)
Working to improve lung healing
Able to be removed from blood pressure medication
Prayers, past and future, are appreciated.
Many people are sick with the virus. Keep praying.
