Bro. Joey send a message that Karen’s mom is somewhat better, but still confused. They are hoping she can be moved from ICU to a room so that might help with the confusion.

Yes, I’ll sing the wondrous story of the Christ who died for me.
Sing it with the saints in glory, gathered by the crystal sea.

“Elijah was a man with a nature like ours,

and the earth produced its fruit.”
~James 5:17-18~

Our Daily Bread – “Perspective from the Clouds”
Hymn of the Day – “By and By”
The site I like to use for hymns is undergoing a period of construction. I’ll check back with them later to see if I can use their link. If not, “Trials dark on every hand, and we do not understand, ….”. Today, this does not apply to me, but it certainly does some days. It seemed the most appropriate hymn to go with today’s devotional.

Daily Devotional – Our Daily Bread – “Eat Healthy”
Hymn of the Day – “Jesus Loves the Little Children”
http://cyberhymnal.org/htm/j/e/jesloves.htm
The comments before the lyrics say the refrain is often sung by little children. I must confess I only knew this song as a “chorus”. I think most, if not all of you, were like me. That’s okay, because the lyrics are beautiful, meaningful, and easy to remember. They convey the message of the song.
Have a great Lord’s Day. Don’t try to take it away from Him.

Today’s articles are good and as varied as usual. Some of you will be appreciative of the latest update on Pastor Saeed Abedini who is still being held in Iran.
I’m looking forward to another sunny day today. Thank you, Lord, for providing variations in the weather so we can look forward to nice spring days or whatever days we favor. Mine is certainly spring.
