Roger Pittman is home and recovering from his surgery.  Please continue to pray for Roger and his family.

From Frances Gay

I recently heard from my friend in Pennsylvania, Tom Stewart, who is in the hospital in Pittsburg awaiting word on surgery on his kidneys.   He suspects is colon cancer of several years ago is in the kidneys.  I wish to put  him on the prayer link for prayer during these trials.   He specifically asked for prayer from my Southern Baptist friends.

Kathy Jo Thompson of Amite has had surgery and is feeling better after this one than any other surgery she has had.  Let’s pray the tumor removal went well.

Rev. David Cutrer of Roseland, a pastor and employee of McKneely Funeral Home, is having kidney stone issues and will probably have to have them blasted today.  Pray all goes well.

Susan Rimes is also having problems with kidney stones again.  Pray she passes her stone(s) soon.

“For just as rain and snow fall from heaven

and do not return there

without saturating the earth

and making it germinate and sprout,

and providing seed to sow and food to eat,

so My word that comes from My mouth

will not return to Me empty.”

~Isaiah 55:10-11a, HCSB~

There have been so many happy events in our area lately – babies born, wedding and baby showers, weddings, graduations, etc.  Pray for each family as they go through these wonderful experiences.  Pray they keep God as a central focus of their lives.

There have been so many sad events in our area lately – sickness, hospital stays, deaths, accidents, lost jobs, etc.  Pray for each family as they go through these experiences.  Pray they keep God as a central focus of their lives.

There have been some families that have had these highs and lows in their life in the past, but lately things have run “middle of the road”.  Pray for these families to keep God as a central focus of their lives.
