SATURDAY

Good morning, friends! I pray you have a good day.

My daddy collected eagles. I’m sitting between two of them now. I think the Scripture here is a good illustration of an eagle. Let’s always cling to our hope in the Lord.

Daily Bible Reading

I get the days of the week and dates of the month confused sometimes. Then, I fail to list the daily Bible readings correctly. I seem to have done that yesterday. I hope you continued to read. I did, without realizing my mistake.

  • May 30 – Deuteronomy 3-4
  • May 31 – Deuteronomy 5-7

Prayer Focus

Today, before summer gets a lead on me, I want to pray for water safety.

I pray parents see to it their children can swim, either by teaching them or by taking them to swimmings lessons.

I pray parents are with their children in their water experiences until the children prove over and over they can swim.

I pray parents and children are smart to water conditions, such as rip tides, that are not safe.

I pray for the lives of all the children so they can can grow up and have children of their own who also learn about water safety.

We will begin a study of Psalms by studying the first six verses. I hope you enjoy Psalms. May people have favorite passages that are located in Psalms.
