April 26, 1962 – May 24, 2025

A resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, LA. She was born April 26, 1962 in Aberdeen, MS and was 63 years of age. She is survived by her son, Robert Arnone and wife Michaela; daughter, Ashley Arnone; 7 grandchildren, Deleigha Arnone, D.J. Brister, Tripp Arnone, Alee Arnone, Livi Arnone, Zay Brister, and Mili Arnone; sister, Pam Brown and husband, Freddie. Preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Betty Honeycutt; twin sister, Kay Honeycutt; sister, Pat Honeycutt. Vivian Robertson Morgan
December 23, 1936 – May 26, 2025

Vivian Robertson Morgan passed away peacefully at 12:24 AM on Monday, May 26, 2025, at her home in Lafayette, Louisiana. Born December 23, 1936, the fourth child of James Hilton and Nellie Robertson, Vivian lived her early life in Hillsdale, Louisiana where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Huey Dalton Morgan on August 4, 1954. Whether she was called Mom, Maw Maw, Aunt Piggy or Pete, she was happiest spending time with her family. She loved cooking but was best known for her biscuits. Her hobbies included crocheting and putting together puzzles. As a mother, homemaker, and wife of a military man she lived in several cities and states until settling in Lafayette where she remained until her death at the age of 88.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin Morgan McGinn, and husband, Horace; son, Cary Roderick Morgan, and wife, Carol; grandchildren, Cherie Morgan Mullins, Christian Morgan and wife, Richlynn, Morgan McGinn, Myles McGinn and wife Alex; great-grandchildren, Madison Mullins, Ethan Mullins, Vivian Morgan, Mathilde McGinn, River McGinn, Ayden Hunt and Layne Hunt; and many nieces and nephews.
Vivian is preceded in death by her husband, Huey Dalton Morgan; parents, James Hilton Robertson, and Nellie McDonald Robertson; sister, Mae Jean Robertson Smith; five brothers, James Eugene Robertson, Hulos Robertson, Emmit Robertson, Terry Robertson, and Jerry Lynn Robertson; and grandson-in-law, Jeremy Mullins.
Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 9:00 AM until religious services at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 30, 2025. Pallbearers will be Cary Morgan, Christian Morgan, Morgan McGinn, Myles McGinn, Daniel Sanders, and Ethan Mullins. Interment Circle M Family Cemetery, Hillsdale, LA.
