Reading Luke for Christmas
Today, you should be on Luke 14. If you missed a chapter, read two today to catch up. If you missed several chapters, read two every day until you catch up. If is takes reading to the end of the month, that is much better than not doing it at all.
Read the Bible Every Day

- Joel 1:1-2:32
- Psalm 142:1-7

Children’s Christmas Program
The program last night and was well attended. The best thing is that the children (and their leadership) did a great job! Thank -you to all who participated in any way.
Reward Tickets OCC Received
Operation Christmas Child received some tickets to Silver Dollar City. David used one ticket while I stayed in the motel not feeling well. We have been able to share some tickets, but we still have four left. If you can go in the next two weeks and would like the free tickets to Silver Dollar City, please say so. They are good through the 30th.
I must say Branson, MO is well decorated for Christmas and there are lots of other things to do there in additions to Silver Dollar City. David and I made our first trip there in 1968. Give me a call if you can use the tickets.

In addition to teaching, Tammy loved spending time with family and friends, cheering on LSU in any sport, and going to the beach where she collected seashells. In 2021, Tammy and Michael left Louisiana for Arizona to be closer to their first grandchild, Magnolia (Maggie). Tammy loved her grand babies with all her heart and lived for the moments they spent together.

She is survived by her Husband: Michael Anthony Boudreaux; Sons: Colton (Alexia) and Landon (Nicole); Stepchildren: Michael (Lindsey) and Joni; Grandchildren: Magnolia, Maverick; Step-grandchildren: Hannah and Jaden; Brother: Cline Edward “Bubba” Bridges (Betty) and countless nieces and nephews who called her “MiMi.”
Tammy with be returning to Greensburg where she will be buried at Pine Hill Cemetery with her parents and sister. Even though she spent her final years in Arizona, her heart always remained in Louisiana.

Class Meetings/Parties
I know lots of Sunday School classes have regular meetings. December meetings are usually extra special. The class I meet with each week is New Hope. Our meeting that was scheduled for last week was postponed until this Friday. If you would like to join us, please let me know.

Have a great day. Do something for someone else today.
Also, if you haven’t sent some cards of appreciation to others as Bro. Darryl suggested a few weeks ago, it is never too late. In fact, doing so on a regular basis is a great plan.
