Bro. Darrell is one the move. He moved from the hospital ro a room in the Hope Lodge, another step in the right direction. I think the next step will be to his home in Kentwood.

BRUCE E. HOLDEN

December 2, 1949 – February 25, 2024

A resident of Amite, LA, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2024 at his home. He was born December 2, 1949 in Amite, LA and was 74 years of age. Bruce was a U. S. Army Veteran of Vietnam and retired after 32 years of service to his country. He is survived by his only child and daughter, Kimberly Holden Russell (husband, Brandon Russell); 3 beautiful granddaughters, Chelsie Lynne Verberne (Allen Bickford), Caitlin Leanne Verberne (Corey Clouatre), and Carlie Lauren Verberne (Hayden Varnado); 2 beautiful great-granddaughters, Kamryn Brooke Verberne and Lynleigh Reese Clouatre; grandson, Dakota Russell; sister, Sue Holden Deakles; niece, Valerie Deakles Willman (Brett Willman); and great-nieces, Emilyn and Elisabeth Willman; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Wanda Wynette Holden; parents, Eulon and Ima Holden; brothers, Willard and Donald Holden; and a sister, JoAnn Easley. Associational WMU Meeting
