PRAYER FOCUS
Today, let’s focus on those who have not been attending church in person, online, or on television. Let’s pray these individuals will begin “attending” church in one of these ways. The Bible tells us to join ourselves with other believers.
MISSION FOCUS
- Let’s pray for those serving around the world to share the Good News with those who have not had an opportunity to hear/learn what God wants people to hear and do.
- Let’s pray for those who head the mission focus in local churches. May they be able to encourage mission involvement locally and wherever God chooses to send people in our state, country, or world. Some churches have a special person on staff who is responsible for missions studies, mission trips, etc. Other churches have a volunteer who encourages members to be involved though studying, giving, doing, praying, and participation.
- Whether your church has a staff member or a volunteer, get behind them and learn about missions and how you can be a part of missions in your church. Read Matthew 28: 19-20, the Great Commission, and decide how your involvement/participation measures us. “Go ye ….”
