A loving brother, uncle, brother-in-law, and friend, Roy passed away on August 22, 2019, in Amite, LA. He was born June 4, 1926, in Amite, LA, and was 93 years of age. He is survived by 2 sisters, Frances LaMarca, Rockford, IL, and Loretta Snow, Amite, LA; nieces and nephews, Janelle S. Randall (Glenn), Carolyn S. Smith(Sterling), Sherrie S. Magruder(Virgil Ray), Dr. David Scott Snow, Greg LaMarca(Helen), Gary LaMarca, and Alice S. Plauche(David); numerous great- nieces and great-nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Dominick and Jennie G. Scimeca; 1 sister, Josephine Scimeca; 3 brothers, Dominick, Louis and Joe Scimeca; 1 sister-in-law, Lelia Belle Scimeca; 2 brother-in-laws, Ernie LaMarca and Robert Lee Snow. Walter “W.G.” Cutrer

July 22, 1950 – August 19, 2019

W.G. (Walter George ) Cutrer went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, August 19, 2019 after a lengthy battle with dementia. He was born July 22, 1950 to Floyd and Rowena Dreher Cutrer. After he retired from the Tangipahoa Parish School Board, he found his passion in hunting and running “his dogs”! He is survived by his son and caregiver, Will Thomas Cutrer; 2 brothers, Richard Cutrer (Paula) and Carl Cutrer. 2 sisters, Carol Ann Cutrer Cleveland (Ira) and Shirley Cutrer Newcomb and numerous extended family. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Peggy Cutrer, and brother-in-law, Kirby Newcomb. Memorial Services to be scheduled at a later time.
