“Let’s not get tired of doing what is good.
At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”
~Galatians 6:9 NLT
Amber Prine Ragan
Amber has finished her first week of radiation. She seems to be tolerating the treatments fine. There was only one day that she suffered with a headache and was extremely tired. Other than that, she has had a good week. We are settled in our little home away from home. We are getting familiar with the area around us. Kadi has been working hard keeping up with her schoolwork.
We had our first field trip yesterday. We got on the Metro right in front of our apartment complex and rode to the museum district. We spent several hours in the Houston Museum of Natural Science.
We will be driving home today to celebrate Kadi’s 9th birthday with the family. We are planning to return on Sunday afternoon to get ready for Week 2. As alway, we appreciate all of you and please continue to keep Amber in your prayers as she continues with her radiation treatments.
Several people have asked for our address here in Houston.
