A resident of Independence passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond. She was born June 27, 2004 in Hammond and was 13 years of age. She is survived by father, Shawn Aivazian and wife, Jessica; mother, Daniell Smith; sisters, Terri Aivazian, Holly Rushing, and Heidi Rushing; brothers, Ethan Smith, Dakota Smith, Jordan Aivazian, and Braydenn Ballard; great-grandmother, Janet Zarak; grandmother, Anna Benvenuti; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by sister, Nevaeh Aivazian; grandmother, Terri Renee Hathcock.
