Give thanks in all circumstances;

for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

~1 Thessalonians 5:18~

I’m thankful to say that Philip Strickland will be doing his last chemo treatment today.  Let’s pray for him as he goes through this last treatment.

Ora Lee Wilson was so thankful yesterday as she said that her nephew who had two heart attacks last week was now back at home after learning the two heart attacks brought the doctors to another heart problem and allowed them to save his life.

Pray for Wendell Simmons as he has gall bladder surgery Wednesday. He will be glad to finally get this done and to move on with his life.

Today is the last day for OCC drop-off locations.  Bring your “shoeboxes” to turn in this morning.  It will be helpful if you bring them early as we will be trying to finish up packing the trailer and sending them to their next location.

The Community Thanksgiving service at FBC, Kentwood was helpful in getting us in the spirit of Thanksgiving.  Have a good week of preparations for travel, big gatherings of family members, and special holiday food!
