But you are a chosen people,
a royal priesthood,
a holy nation,
God’s special possession,
that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
Our friend, Fay Carol is married to Jim Todd who recently learned he had two blockages that will need to be addressed. Fay Carol asked for prayers for her husband.

Eight days until we pack the Operation Christmas Child “shoeboxes”! It takes lots of preparation to have everything purchased and organized so we are ready to fill the boxes. Thanks to those who made purchases and to those who have helped in the organizational process. I think of the children who will receive the boxes and work a little harder.
The collection week for shoeboxes is November 13-20. Churches, schools, clubs, businesses, and individuals are invited to leave their boxes at FBC, Kentwood.
