- Do you remember interesting facts about learning/singing? I remember learning this at my uncle’s church. His youth choir began every Sunday night service with this great hymn. I especially like to hear the voices of men such as George Beverly Shea and Tennessee Ernie Ford singing this song.
Read the Bible – Isaiah 36-38 & Psalm 117
A Bible Drill class will begin Sunday night at FBC, Kentwood for boys and girls in K-5th grade. We will meet in the sanctuary at 6 P.M. before going to our class. Ask Bro. Wendell or me any questions you might have.
Friday Morning Bible Study meets at 10:00 and usually in the fellowship hall. We will be studying Ezekiel 7 this week.
The Children in Action (missions class) meets on Wednesday nights at 6 P.M. We are collecting beans and rice until the end of May. At that time the food will be shared with some local food pantries. You may drop your beans off at the church at the office entrance stairwell or under the stairs that go to the balcony. Thanks for helping us with this mission project.
May this Thursday give you some great opportunities to be a witness for our Lord.
