Tuesday – Early Afternoon

McKenna Tate

Andy Taylor asked for prayers for his granddaughter.  She was “scoped” at OLOL Children’s Hospital this morning.  Let’s pray she gets a good report and something that will help with the digestive issues McKenna has had for a long time.

Carol Jean Conerly

Carol Jean will have knee surgery Thursday.  Let’s pray for a successful surgery and a smooth recovery period.

Diane Turner

Diane spend the night at the hospital for observation, but should be home soon.  Pray for a good recovery period.

Third Thursday at the Cabin

I hope you have your calendar marked to be at our place Thursday evening at 6:30.

  • Imagine my surprise to find this particular devotional today.  Three days from now, I will be going with my daughter and granddaughters for a tour of this school in Hattiesburg.

This morning someone reminded me that all the school supplies are on sale this time of year.  I knew that and planned to give you the opportunity to purchase some, either individually or as a group/class, for the shoeboxes we are packing.  Remember how much fun it is to buy school supplies.  I think you will find it even more fun to do so for the children who will receive shoesboxes through Operation Christmas Child.  If you did not look at the video about Devin at the top of this page, now would be the perfect time to do so.  Thank-you to those of you who have faithfully purchased items each month.

I hope you have been blessed in a special way today and will take time to pass a blessing on to someone else.
