Julia Marie Miller, born July 9, 1958, passed away at her home on June 15, 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Melody Newcomb and husband, Brandon, Greensburg; 2 grandchildren, Daisy and Braylin Newcomb; Her long time love, Doug Wilson, Greensburg; mother, Hilda Boyd, Loranger; 3 sisters, Mary Burnett and husband, Grover, Slaughter, Patricia Bullock, Arkansas, and Ellen Graham and husband Cletis, Ponchatoula; 2 brothers, AJ Boyd and wife, Delores, and Lynn Burnett, Zachary, numerous nieces and nephews and long time friends. Preceded in death by her father, Altus Boyd, her former husband, Freddie Miller and mother in law, Evelyn Miller. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 2 p.m. on Monday June 17, 2013. Interment will follow at Hillsdale Cemetery, Hillsdale.
