(April 12, 1941 – February 1, 2013)

A resident of Kentwood, he died at 12:26 p.m. on Friday, February 1, 2013 at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond. He was born April 12, 1941 in Kansas City, MO and was 71 years of age. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 9 a.m. until religious services at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013. Services conducted by Rev. Gilbert Graham. Interment Arcola-Roseland Cemetery, Arcola. He is survived by his wife, Amy Costanza Smith, Kentwood; daughter, Kimberly Farrell and husband, Christopher, Roseland; 3 sisters, Mary Davidson, Kentwood, Alma Smith, Lott, TX, and Rita Bailey, Lott, TX; brother, Edward Smith, Natchez, MS; brother in law, Louis Costanza, Amite; 3 grandchildren, Linda, Beau, and Cheyenne Farrell, Roseland; numerous nieces and nephews.
