Correction: The “Walk 27” at Spring Creek is Friday (tomorrow). I have conflicting messages on the color – red or green & green or white. I suppose the safe color for the walk at 7:25 in the morning is green.
Charles Houeye is still hospitalized in Baton Rouge. There has been no explanation of the seizure. Charles seems about the same as when he was admitted.
Dan Turner collapsed a lung during a coughing spell. He has been checked out thoroughly. There is not a blood clot that caused the problem. He is now getting a chest tube that will drain fluids and allow the lung to re-expand. Please continue to pray for Dan, his caregivers, his entire family, his coworkers, and friends.
Mike Smith, brother of Frank Smith who formerly lived in Kentwood, had his surgery and is doing well. Thanks for remembering Mike and his family in your prayers.
