Operation Christmas Child will be packing boxes at FBC. Kentwood.  It is always a good time to watch for sales of items children want/need that will fit with other items in a shoebox.  Items can be turned in at church any time.  Also, a list of suggested items is available at church.  A list for July will be available Sunday.  Your help with this wonderful mission project is greatly appreciated.

VBS at FBC, Kentwood will begin in two weeks.  I know dates and times and not much more because David and I are not getting out unless necessary. Thankfully, the church services come to my computer and other people help me stay updated.  If you want to send you child to VBS call the church office at 229-8111 for more information and to pre-register your children.

I have had some questions about Operation Christmas Child.  Your donations of items can be left at the FBC, Kentwood during office hours Monday – Friday and when the church is open for services on Sundays and Wednesdays.  Let’s not let Covid-19 stop the shoeboxes from being full in the fall.

Have a wonderful day today.  Do something special.  Make a sweet memory for yourself and someone else.  Staying home does not keep you from impacting other lives.  Be the person who finds a way during these stay-at-home times.  If you are not staying at home, remember to wear a mask and to follow social distancing and hand washing rules.
