Mrs. Linda Graves passed on this request.

Please add Taylor Callahan (and her parents Grace and Andrew) to the prayer list.  This is my daughter Grace’s oldest (daughter).  She had to be taken by ambulance last Monday night to North Oaks Hospital in Hammond with sudden, severe headache, neck stiffness and severe pain.  They have run lots of tests, and are contemplating a third spinal tap.
She rallied some this morning and we thought the worst was behind us, but has had swelling again and the pressure brings on severe pain.  When I was at the hospital earlier today, she could not even handle someone whispering.
Thank  you and will try to keep you posted.

Update on Austin Rose
This trip home has been amazing and he is still going strong. Today was by far a Great day. Had an all day band camp from 8 am – 9 pm and I got to chaperone all day and AUSTIN WAS THERE THE ENTIRE DAY TOO!!! It really did my heart good to watch him participating as best he could and just being with his band. Directors even discussing what he can do for the competitions. “No marcher left behind”. I love this band and all of my band babies who worked their butts off today. You are all amazing!
Update on Penny Dees McDowell at North Oaks
Update Saturday: Not much change today. Still resting peacefully so I pray there is ALOT of healing going on. Did another blood culture & it was negative. Thank God! Dr’s are encouraged, but still say she’s in critical condition. I went to church today & I could feel God’s presence telling me not to worry, so I’m putting it in his hands and I am so thankful that he has brought her this far. She IS getting better & it’s because of the prayers & Gods work. Thanks to EVERYONE for the prayers & the blood donations. You will never know how much it means to us. Keep the faith.

Thank-you so much for praying for these needs and for the continuing needs in our community.  You are a blessing!

Penny Dees McDowell

Words cannot express how much our family appreciates all the prayers that our dear personal and even not personal friends have offered up for the healing of our sweet Penny. It means so much just to know that others are as concerned about your loved one as you are. Penny is still in ICU and is still very sick, but is definitely making improvement in the right direction. As of tonight (Sunday), the doctors have ordered that she have no visitors except immediate family for the remainder of her time in ICU. They said that this is because she needs COMPLETE rest in order promote the healing process. Please keep praying for her healing. Thank you so much again. We love you.
