“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh.

Is there anything too hard for Me?”

~Jeremiah 32:27, NKJV~

Macy Gueldner, Mary Catherine Gueldner. & Martha P. Drago

Macy’s counts are very low, during a week where they should’ve doubled. I guess the increase in chemo finally caught up to her. So, her chemo this week is on hold. They’ll check again next week, and hopefully she can get back on track. She’s in good spirits; she just doesn’t have much immunity. So we’re hoping to stay germ free.As for me (Mary Catherine, Macy’s mom), my doctor ordered an MRI of my entire spine. He’s afraid I have ruptured a disc underneath my fusion. He said, “You are a tiny person, and Macy is not so tiny.” We’re both hoping that my lower back problem is just temporary. We’ll see…I have some good news: my mother in law (Martha) has only 4 radiation treatments before the end of her cancer journey 🙂

Operation Christmas Child

We all know how hot it is this time of the year, but cooler weather and Christmas will be rolling around in a few months.  Now is the time to purchase the boxes to pack the Operation Christmas Child boxes.  Brown paper sacks with items listed on them are available in the fellowship hall at First Baptist Church.  You return your items and place them under the table when you have made your purchases.  Thanks for blessing some little lives and for introducing the children to Jesus.
