Thursday

But for you who revere my name,

the sun of righteousness will rise

with healing in its wings.

And you will go out

and leap like calves released from the stall.

~Malachi 4:2~

Please pray for Cynthia Smith of the East Fork community.  She is in North Oaks.

Pray for Anne Ellzey of Roseland.  She is also in North Oaks and not doing well.

Mrs. Oma Zachary of the Hillsdale area is also in need of our prayers.  Of course, as you pray for these ladies, pray for their families.

Eddie Muse has been admitted to North Oaks.  Pray for his family, Eddie, and the medical staff caring for him.

Philip Morgan had a spinal surgery that is now requiring another procedure.  Pray this is successful.

Skip Caraway’s surgery went well.  Please continue to pray for him during the recovery period as he waits for the pathology report.

Pray for Kentwood senior adults who have been on our prayer list a number of times lately.  For example, Mr. Bobby Lawson, Joe Easley, Mrs. Catherine Yarborough, Mrs. Hellen Morris, Mrs. Cecile Alford, Mrs. Mildred Birch, and others.

Mr. Edward Garner

The BCM lunch at SLU went well yesterday.  There was plenty of help and all the food people/classes was delivered to the church on time.  Also, the helpers who went did a good job.  Let’s prepare to do it again next year….

Take in the beauty of the world God created.  Choose something like the clouds, a tree, a rainbow, a leaf, a bird, or a horse to admire.  Think what a a mess you would have made if you had tried to create anything.  Thank God for His creation.
