….Finally, after 18 long days we have been moved out of PICU and into the step down unit. It’s so nice to be in a private room but, we are going to miss all of Koltyn’s wonderful nurses.
We should be getting transferred to Children’s Hospital in New Orleans by the end of the week. (Fingers crossed) Continue to keep us all in your prayers. It’s going to be a long recovery process for Koltyn and the rest of our family.
Kathy Jo Thompson
Kathy Jo has had a spinal tap that revealed the pressure was high, so she’s scheduled for stent surgery on Friday. Please keep her in your prayers.
Freida Jones
Freida is having some heart issues. Her medication was changed today. If that doesn’t work, she will require a heart transplant. Keep her in your prayers.
Frank Smith, Sr. (Written by daugher-in-law, Sue)
Frank’s Dad, Frank A. Smith Sr. passed away this morning in Mansura, La.
His viewing will be at Riverwood Funeral Home, Brookhaven, Miss on Friday 1-16-2015 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with funeral service at 1:15 p.m. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Summit Miss.
