“Call to Me, and I will answer you,

and show you great and mighty things,

which you do not know.”

~Jeremiah 33:3, NKJV~

Joe Easley is home.  Thank-you for your continued prayers for Joe.  Jean is still in rehab.  Pray for this family that has “traveled” a long, difficult journey.

James Morgan is hospitalized with kidney problems.  Pray this can be corrected easily.

Connor Corkern continues to be in need of our prayers.  Last weekend, his family did a benefit for Macy Gueldner in Amite.  The weekend, he is hospitalized with a respiratory infection.

Joe Rispone  passed away Thursday.  He was married to Gayne Russell from Russelltown (east of Arcola).

Randy Reland’s service will be Tuesday at McKneely Funeral Home in Amite.

One of the joys of going to “Connected” was to visit with Patti Higginbotham, wife of Rev. Tom Higginbotham, and to go to one of her conferences.  She spoke about the Georgia Barnette Mission Offering and “overflowed” with her love for missions.  I felt so blessed to be able to spend time with her.

Today is the Lord’s Day.  Spend part of this day in His house.
