Operation Christmas Child

• OCC delivers gifts to boys and girls who might not otherwise receive any gifts, but most importantly, the shoe boxes “deliver Jesus”.
• Friendship Circle Sunday School class will shop for anyone who needs someone to shop for them.
• Proposed important dates to mark on your calendar
  • Craft days to make items for the shoeboxes – Two Saturdays, September 13 & 27
  • Packing party – Saturday, November 1
• If you choose not to purchase items, you can help with the $7.00 per box shipping fee.
• I’m already getting good reports from church members and Sunday School classes.

Bro. Jonathan and Ashley Statham have accepted the call of FBC, K to serve as worship leaders.  They will be moving here soon.  The Nielsen family will be at FBC, K for two more Sundays.

David and I were at four different churches yesterday for four different reasons!  It was an awesome day!  I don’t plan to try to do this too often, but it certainly was a great day!  I hope you found your way to study and worship yesterday too.
