Monday

“LORD, God of my salvation,

I cry out before You day and night.

May my prayer reach Your presence;

listen to my cry.”

~Psalm 88:1-2, HCSB~

Melissa S. Johnson

Please add Melissato your prayer list again.  A rod is being rejected by her body.  It appears she will need surgery to remove the rod and fourteen pins.  In the meantime, Melissa is dealing with pain issues again.

Nancy Birch, sister-in-law of Kenneth and others

Therapy is helping Nancy’s hip problem.  Please continue to pray for her.

Jean Easley

Jean has come a long ways in the last two weeks.  Thank God for her improvement and ask his blessings on Jean and the family that she will make continued improvement.

Marilyn K. Dees

Mrs. Marilyn Dees of Fluker will have her gall bladder removed in the morning at North Oaks.  Pray for the precious lady who taught school for so many years.

Kristin’s Third Mission Trip to Haiti

My niece will leave for Haiti tomorrow with a team from her church.  Pray for God to use Kristin and others in the lives of the people of Haiti.

East Fork Baptist Church Youth

The youth will be going to Tall Timbers camp for the week.  Pray for the youth to be receptive to God’s message to each one of them.  Pray also for safety and while traveling and at camp.

Young at Heart (NZBC)

New Zion will host Young at Heart tomorrow at 10:30 in their fellowship hall.  Bring a covered dish.  The speaker tomorrow will be Mrs. Ann Trappey.

Third Thursday at the Cabin
This is the week for our meeting at the cabin at 6:30 Thursday.  Come and enjoy Christian fellowship, old friends, new friends, supper, music, and a devotional.  I’ve already been told by several people that they will be here for the first time.  I’m looking forward to the meeting with great expectation for what the Lord is going to do as He brings people from a number of churches together under one room again this month.
