(Vacation Bible Schools are usually in June.  This is when/where many children come to know the Lord.  Pray this month for VBS’s all over our community, parish, state, and world.)

Norman has been moved from North Oaks to an acute care facility.  Pray for him and his family as they make more adjustments.

Eva Smith

Eva, of northwestern Alabama, is not doing well.  Please pray for my brother-in-law, Donnie Eudy and his sister, Sandra.

FBC, Amite Youth Mission Trip to Spain

The youth  have had great experiences, but will be traveling home today.  Pray for safe travels and lives, both in Spain and in Amite, that have been touched forever.   Thank God for their leadership and church providing such an opportunity.

VBS at FBC, K begins Monday morning.  If you have not registered your children/grandchildren/nieces/nephews yet, it is not too late.  This can be done at church today or at VBS in the morning.

 

Last night, David and I heard a hymn, “Where No One Stands Alone”, on television.  We haven’t heard it in a long time.   It is the continuation of a thought that was brought up in Bible Study Friday morning.  I take these “God Winks” as a reminder for my life.
