Camille Elizabeth Sealey

Another of you young friends became a daddy for the first  time yesterday.  Camille was born to Mr. and Mrs. Austin Sealey.  She is the great granddaughter of the late Elizabeth Bennett of Roseland.  Camille weighted in at 8 lb. 2 oz. and was 21 in. long.

Mrs. Betty Catherine Hatcher

“Miss’ Betty Catherine’s surgery went well.  The doctors think she will have less pain, which was their objective.  After a few days in Ochsner, she will go to rehab.

Mrs. Evelyn Bridges

“Miss” Evelyn is in North Oaks and will soon be moving to rehab.  She is battling weakness and lack of balance.

Mrs. Nyra Rigby

Karen Miller’s mother will be having surgery Monday at the University of Alabama Medical Center.  Pray for good results from the surgery.  Pray for Karen as she lives and works in LA with her mother living in AL.

Renee Deck Terrell

Pray for Renee as she recovers from a fall.

Gail Brister

Pray for Gail as she continues to hurt in her left wrist.  He right one is doing okay.

I “know of” this hymn more than I “know” this hymn.  I do know it well enough that it is the one that came to mind after reading today’s devotional.  I hope it brings comfort to some of you today or in the coming days.
