Ferrie Gene Blackmon

“Miss” Ferrie Gene was admitted to the hospital in Greensburg hospital to get some fluids.  She may have come home last night, but I don’t know if that happened.

Larry Miller

Larry had a test in Baton Rouge early this morning.  Let’s pray doctors have made the best decision about what to do/not do next.

Mrs. Myra Rigby, Karen Miller’s Mom

Karen’s mom, in Alabama, is having some issues.  Please keep her in your prayers.

Mrs. Doris Young

Pray for “Miss” Doris as she has some tests/procedures done.

Wayne Simpson

Please continue to pray for Wayne.  He has not fully recovered from his problems that led to his recent fifteen day stay in the hospital.

Gail Brister

“Miss” Gail is improving, but still finds it very difficult to function with neither arms working as usual.  Pray for her continued recovery time to get better each day.

BCM lunch at SLU

Thanks to all who prepared or purchased food for the meal.  We hit the  “nail on the head” with our slight changes in the menu.  We had big smiles and compliments from almost every student.  Thanks to the Sunday School classes that participated and to James Rimes, Eleanor Morris, Smiley and Carol Jean Conerly, and David and Anna Lee for servant-like attitudes in transporting, preparing, serving, and cleaning up..  Special, special thanks to Marty and Gretchen Simpson for their skills and work in preparing the jambalaya.  Thanks too, to Bro. Michael, Brandi, and Paxton for traveling down so Bro. Michael could speak to the BCM students.  We’ll do this again next year and look forward to doing so.

Looking Ahead

The annual “spring forward” time change is coming in two weeks.  Mark you calendar now so you will be prepared for the change on March 9th.

Thanks for reading and praying today.  You are greatly appreciated by so many who have benefitted from your thoughts and actions.
